At PUFFIT, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the fashion items in their original packaging and include the packing slip inside to ensure faster processing of your return.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
